Hazel manages the full life-cycle of prospective client engagement, guiding individuals from their first conversation through discovery, proposals, negotiations, follow‑ups, and scheduling. She plays a central role in transitioning new clients into on-boarding while keeping communication flowing smoothly across prospects, clients, leadership, and operations. She sees her role as the bridge between the people EZPZ serves and the people who make the work happen, ensuring every interaction feels organized and intentional. Her approach is simple: listen well, communicate clearly, follow through, and make things EZPZ wherever possible, creating an experience that reflects both professionalism and genuine care.
