JAMES NYBECK

James oversees government and legal requirements, insurance and strategic vendor relationships. James graduated from Northwestern Electronics Institute in 1979 and began his career at Cubic Corp, working on the Top Gun Fighter Pilot training system. He joined Applied Data Technology in 1989 and Qualcomm Inc. in 1996, where he co-designed patented antennas for the Globalstar satellite phone system and wireless phones. James and CEO Peter Jorgenson go a long way both professionally and personally, having built a strong relationship over the years. In addition to his engineering achievements, James has played drums since childhood and worked as a ski instructor during his high school and college years.
