THOMAS BARRETT - Chief Financial Officer and Co-founder
Tom is Co-Founder and our Chief Financial Officer of EZPZ Accounting. His decades-long tenure in chief financial roles and accounting speaks volumes about his expertise. As a licensed CPA, CMA, CFA, and CFP, Tom brings a formidable skill set to the table, encompassing strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and modeling, risk management, and the intricacies of the investment landscape, particularly in family offices. With his wealth of experience and diverse qualifications, Tom plays a pivotal role in steering our financial strategy towards success, ensuring stability, growth, and optimal performance across all aspects of our operations.
JAMES NYBECK - Chief Corporate Officer and Co-founder
James oversees government and legal requirements, insurance and strategic vendor relationships. James graduated from Northwestern Electronics Institute in 1979 and began his career at Cubic Corp, working on the Top Gun Fighter Pilot training system. He joined Applied Data Technology in 1989 and Qualcomm Inc. in 1996, where he co-designed patented antennas for the Globalstar satellite phone system and wireless phones. James and CEO Peter Jorgenson go a long way both professionally and personally, having built a strong relationship over the years. In addition to his engineering achievements, James has played drums since childhood and worked as a ski instructor during his high school and college years.
APRIL BOLANGA - Chief Accounting Officer
April Bolanga, the powerhouse behind our on-site operations in the Philippines. As our CAO, April wears many hats, managing key department heads and ensuring seamless coordination across all aspects of our operations. JAMES E. - Chief Technology Officer
As the CTO, James spearheads all technological initiatives within the company. Thomas Moore serves as the Chief Counsel for EZPZ Accounting, bringing with him an impressive 30 years of litigation experience. His wide-ranging expertise spans several critical practice areas, including intellectual property, labor arbitration, and appellate practice. ALLAN JOAQUIN - Communications and Procedures Director
Allan began his career as a content writer and copywriter for The Preferred Investor, a sister company of EZPZ. He excels in optimizing communication strategies and refining operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction. Allan's dedication to uniform brand messaging ensures that all client and internal interactions are consistent and professional, reflecting the company's high standards. His expertise in process improvement leads to streamlined procedures, reducing redundancies and increasing productivity. JAMES VERGARA - Marketing Manager
James, or JV as he is fondly called, joined our team in 2019 and has been instrumental in promoting and selling our products and services. His role involves interacting with potential customers, generating leads, and representing our brand to drive sales and revenue. JV contacts leads on all social media platforms, prequalifies them, schedules appointments, and inputs data into our Pipedrive CRM. Over time, JV has evolved into an all-around marketing strategist with a strong background in lead generation, SEO and keyword research, social media, and email marketing. His expertise and dedication have significantly contributed to our company's growth and success.
